Welcome to Scent Society. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, scentsociety.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Do
   Scent Society supplies fragrance samples by carefully decanting perfume from original, genuine bottles into small sample vials.
   We operate independently and are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any perfume brand, designer or manufacturer.
   Brand names and trademarks are used purely to help customers identify the fragrances.
   
   

2. Products
   All samples come from authentic bottles.
   They are supplied in plain packaging rather than the brand’s retail packaging.
   As each vial is hand-filled, small variations in fill level may occur.
   
   

3. Orders and Payment
   Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
   Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed.
   We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
   
   

4. Delivery
   We currently deliver within the UK.
   Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
   Once your order has been delivered to the address you provide, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

1. Returns and Refunds
   Due to hygiene and safety regulations, fragrance samples cannot be returned or exchanged.
   If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.
   Refunds are only issued if the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
   
   

2. Allergies and Use
   Fragrances may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. You are responsible for checking suitability before use.
   We cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions. Always test carefully and use with care.
   
   

3. Age Restriction
   You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
   
   

4. Our Responsibility
   We guarantee that all fragrances are genuine.
   However, we are not liable for delivery delays, minor fill variations, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
   
   

5. Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
