We’re Scent Society, and our goal is simple - to be the Best perfume sample site in the UK. Here are some of the most common questions our customers ask when shopping for fragrance samples.

Are these samples authentic?

100%. Every sample comes straight from the original designer bottle, expertly rebottled.  Same luxury fragrance, just in a travel or sample friendly size. 

No dilution, no dupes, no compromises, no “inspired by” scents — ever.

Why don’t I receive the original packaging?

We decant perfumes into our own glass atomisers. This keeps things simple, clean, and allows you to try new scents without unnecessary waste at UK's best perfume sample site.

What sizes can I order?

You can choose from 3 ml, 5 ml, or 10 ml atomisers – all refillable and travel-friendly.

How many sprays will I get from a sample?

More than you'd think:

• 3ml = ~45 sprays (great for a trial run)
• 5ml = ~75 sprays (about 2 weeks of wear)
• 10ml = ~150 sprays (standard travel-size bottle)

How fast will I receive my order?

We pack and dispatch quickly, usually within one business day. Most UK orders arrive in 2–3 working days. Orders over £35 qualify for free express shipping.

Can I return a sample if I don’t like it?

Sadly not. The whole point of sampling is discovering what works (and what doesn't) for you. We can't accept returns on used samples, but if there's an issue with your order - we'll fix it straight away.

What’s the best way to explore new scents?

Start broad. Try different fragrance families fresh, woody, floral, spicy and see what feels most you. Rotate through a few samples over a week or two. You’ll quickly notice which ones you keep reaching for.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Right now, we deliver across the UK only. If you’re abroad and keen to explore new scents with us, get in touch we’d love to know where to expand next.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Please email hello@scentsociety.co.uk with your order number and details – we’ll replace or refund it right away. Because our goal is to be best perfume sample site in the UK.
