Refund policy

We know trying new scents should be exciting, not stressful. While our fragrance samples can’t be returned once opened, we’ll always make things right if there’s a problem.

The whole point of sampling is discovering what works (and what doesn't) for you. We can't accept returns on used samples, but if there's an issue with your order - we'll fix it straight away.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund - no fuss.
