Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  

• Orders placed after 1pm are sent the next working day.
  

• During busy times like Christmas or sale periods, we might take a little longer - but we’ll always keep you updated.
  
  

Delivery Options

• Free Express Delivery for all UK orders over £35.
  

• Standard Delivery for orders under £35 - quick, reliable, and handled with the same care.
  
  

Estimated Arrival

• Mainland UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  

• Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: 3–5 working days
