1. Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes – 100%. We only source from trusted UK retailers and distributors. No dupes, no “inspired by” scents — ever.

2. Why don’t I receive the original packaging?

We decant perfumes into our own glass atomisers. This keeps things simple, clean, and allows you to try new scents without unnecessary waste.

3. What sizes can I order?

You can choose from 3 ml, 5 ml, or 10 ml atomisers – all refillable and travel-friendly.

4. Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. At the moment, we deliver across the UK only – but we’re working on expanding soon.

5. How long will delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

6. What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Please email hello@scentsociety.co.uk with your order number and details – we’ll replace or refund it right away.
